Experience Montjuïc! On 5 and 6 October
The fourth edition of Viu Montjuïc (Experience Montjuïc) is being held over the weekend of 5 and 6 October. The Parc de Montjuïc becomes a park for culture for two days with over 60 cultural and leisure activities for all audiences: from guided routes to dance shows, theatre, concerts, exhibitions and open days at facilities around the mountain.

The agenda for Viu Montjuïc includes activities offered by over 50 facilities and organisations from Montjuïc and its adjacent neighbourhoods.
Now in its fourth edition, the event is the result of coordination between various cultural stakeholders in Montjuïc and is jointly organised and managed by the District of Sants-Montjuïc, the Barcelona Tourism Consortium and the Institute of Culture.
The event is being funded with money from the Tax on Overnight Stays in Tourist Establishments (IEET), which among other things promotes initiatives to improve leisure and the enjoyment of quality green space and culture, aimed specifically at local people in Barcelona.
